Disney’s Hollywood Studios is turning the big 3-0 next week, and they will be offering some pretty special treats to help celebrate! Inspired by the park’s attractions, lands, and history, you’ll want to try them all if you make it to the 30th anniversary celebration on Wednesday, May 1, 2019.

Incredibles Macarons

The newest residents of Pixar Place have inspired this first dessert. The Incredibles Macarons are red and black almond-flavored macarons with a mango passion ganache filling the center! You can find this treat at BaseLine Tap House and the Market at Pixar Place.

Key Lime Pie Verrine

The anniversary celebration offers a few desserts that will be sporting the 30th anniversary logo, and the Key Lime Pie Verrine is one of them! Enjoy layers of refreshing key lime custard and crumbly graham cracker topped with whipped cream and a white chocolate 30th anniversary logo. This treat can be found at the Backlot Express and Rosie’s All-American Cafe.

Kylo Ren Cupcake

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opens this August at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, so a few treats had to be inspired by the newest land! The Kylo Ren Cupcake is a peanut butter and chocolate cupcake topped with silver chocolate rocks and a chocolate Kylo Ren head on top. Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Verrine

This refreshing cheesecake treat is sure to hit the spot on a full day of celebrating! The Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Verrine is a lemon cheesecake topped with fresh blueberries, edible white chocolate pearls, and a white chocolate 30th anniversary logo. Lightsaber Churros

No Disney day is complete without a delicious churro, and these specialty churros are sure to stand out on Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ anniversary! The Lightsaber Churros are classic churros dusted with red or blue sugar and served in special lightsaber-shaped holders. These churros can be found at Anaheim Produce, Market at Pixar Place, and Pretzel Palooza.

Mickey & Minnie Mouse’s Celebration Cakes

Backlot Express is offering two different celebration cake cupcakes for the big 30th anniversary of Disney’s Hollywood Studios! The first option is Mickey-themed and is a chocolate sponge cake filled with chocolate cream and topped with vanilla marshmallow, colorful sprinkles, and passion fruit flavored crispy pearls. The second option is Minnie-themed and is a yellow cake cupcake filled with strawberry cream and topped with strawberry marshmallow, strawberry sprinkles, and strawberry crispy pearls.

Playful Luxo Ball

Pixar has been taking over Disney’s Hollywood Studios these days. From the all-new Toy Story Land to Pixar-themed meet and greets, it only seems fitting that there’s another Pixar-themed dessert! The Playful Luxo Ball is made with mango mousse, caramel chocolate, banana sponge cake, and rice croquant. This sweet treat can be found at BaseLine Tap House and The Trolley Car Cafe!

Raspberry Mousse Verrine

The anniversary treats keep coming with the Raspberry Mousse Verrine. A creamy raspberry mousse served with fresh raspberries, colorful edible pearls, and the white chocolate 30th anniversary logo. The Raspberry Mousse Verrine can be found at the ABC Commissary.

The Sorcerer’s Hat

Paying homage to one of Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ past park icons, the Sorcerer’s Hat is a perfect addition to this anniversary dessert collection! This lemon sponge cake features a lemon curd, vanilla swiss buttercream, and a white chocolate glaze. Find this fun treat at the ABC Commissary and Fantasmic! Food Carts.

Tres Leches Verrine

Strawberry lovers, this next anniversary dessert is for you! The Tres Leches Verrine is a tres leches cake topped with whipped cream, strawberries, strawberry candy rocks, and a white chocolate 30th anniversary logo. You can find this dessert at Fairfax Fare!

Celebratory Cocktails

In addition to these darling desserts, Disney’s Hollywood Studios will offer three celebratory specialty cocktails! The first will be available at various walk-up bars throughout the park and is called the Galaxy Margarita. It’s served with silver tequila, blue curacao, and sweet and sour mix! The second cocktail is only available at the Tune-In Lounge and the Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge, known as the Celebration Fizz. It’s created with cranberry juice, prosecco, and vanilla vodka! Lastly there is the Banana Split Cocktail which will be available at various walk-up bars around the park. This cocktail is created with creme de banana, creme de cacao, pineapple juice, strawberry monin, and vanilla vodka.

Legacy Offerings

Two restaurants at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be offering highlighted menu items that date all the way back to the opening day of the park in 1989! Both The Hollywood Brown Derby and the 50’s Prime Time Cafe are celebrating their 30th anniversaries as well on Wednesday, May 1, 2019. Legacy dishes for the Hollywood Brown Derby are Our Famous Cobb Salad and the Brown Derby Original Grapefruit Cake. 50’s Prime Time Cafe’s legacy dishes are Aunt Liz’s Golden Fried Chicken, Cousin Megan’s Traditional Meatloaf, and their Peanut Butter & Jelly Milk Shake! Although these legacy dishes are offered all year round, the 30th anniversary celebration is the perfect time to check them out for the first time.
