Bayou Brunch Coming to House of Blues in Disney Springs

If you’re looking to get your brunch on while visiting Walt Disney World, there’s no better place than Disney’s shopping and dining district! Disney Springs offers an array of brunch options like Wine Bar George, STK, Raglan Road, Homecomin’, and Maria and Enzo’s, but we’ve got a new location to add to the list! The House of Blues has announced their new Bayou Brunch is coming soon.

This location currently offers the Gospel Brunch, which will still be offered every Sunday to guests in the Music Hall. Starting August 3, 2019 on Saturdays and Sundays the House of Blues Restaurant & Bar will be serving up their Bayou Brunch! This all-new spread will feature Southern staples like biscuits and gravy, jalapeno and cheese cornbread, omelets, and a ham and roast beef carving station just to name a few.

Here’s a better look at the full menu for the Bayou Brunch:

Salads — Peel and Eat Shrimp, Fresh Fruit, Caesar Salad, and Southern Salad
Breakfast — Andouille Sausage, Biscuits and Gravy, Candied Bacon, Chicken and Waffles, an Omelet Station, and Scrambled Eggs
Lunch — Carving Station with Roast Beef and Ham, Chicken Tacos, Jalapeno and Cheese Cornbread, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Pork Tacos, Shrimp and Crawfish Etouffee, and Seasonal Vegetables
