Beauty and the Beach
This #summerofdisneystyle challenge has really inspired me to add a little Disney magic to my day to day style.
Today was our first day on Martha’s Vineyard and my outfit had me channeling my inner Belle. From the deep yellow of the top to the beautiful rose design, when I went shopping before our trip and found this top I knew I had to have it! Find similar looks here and here.
What I love about this look is that you can dress it up or dress it down. During our busy day of exploring, I kept my shirt untucked for a more casual look. With linen shorts and a comfy pair of flip flops, I was ready to conquer the island!
While the main detail of the top is the scalloped, off the shoulder sleeves, I loved the added detail of the shoulder straps. This was a game changer for me because I was comfortable all day long, without constantly adjusting my top!
As the sun goes down, I move onto a second look. Tonight I dressed it up by tucking it in and adding my adorable purse from Michael Kors! Shop similar looks here
