There’s about to be a new toy in town at Andy’s Backyard! Starting this summer, guests will have the chance to meet Woody’s long-lost friend Bo Peep. She will make a great addition to the backyard gang in Toy Story Land, offering another great character meet and greet to the ever-popular new land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

With the recent release of the official Toy Story 4 movie trailer, it’s no surprise that Bo Peep has started to make appearances around the parks. This year at Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival, Bo Peep and her sheep are both represented as beautiful topiaries in Future World alongside Woody and Buzz Lightyear. The playground area near these topiaries was named after Bo Peep as well, offering kids with a fun play area all themed to Toy Story characters of the past, present, and future.

Since this new character meet and greet announcement is still fairly new, we don’t know a definite date for when Bo Peep will pop up around Toy Story Land just yet. Bo will be making her way to Disney parks around the globe, including Disneyland Paris, Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure Park, and even across the Pacific Ocean to visit the Disney parks in Asia!

With Toy Story 4 heading into theaters on Friday, June 21, 2019, it’s sure to be a summer of fun for Toy Story fans of all ages. If you’re spending time in Andy’s Backyard this summer, be sure to keep an eye out for Bo Peep!
