Disney Eats: Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast
Have you ever had a chance to visit Disney’s Boardwalk Resort? If you haven’t yet, here’s your chance! Along its picturesque strip you’ll find colorful buildings, restaurants and bars, and a Friendship Boat taking you directly to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. One restaurant that has become a star of this resort recently is Trattoria al Forno!
Trattoria al Forno offers a one of a kind character dining experience that you won’t want to miss! The Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast can be booked as a regular reservation or as a table service meal on your Disney Dining Plan.
When it comes to food, the menu offers several themed breakfast entrees that will satisfy your appetite! Every meal will come with a variety of pastries as a starter for the table while you select your entree.
As for me, I had to go with the Tower of Pancakes. Tangled is one of my favorite Disney movies, so I had to go with a Tangled themed entree!
Enjoy the most important meal of the day with two of your favorite Disney couples, Flynn Rider and Rapunzel from Tangled and Prince Eric and Ariel from The Little Mermaid.
When it comes to character breakfasts on Walt Disney World property, this is the only one that features these two couples! Not to mention a chance to meet Flynn Rider, a character who doesn’t have character meet and greets on the Walt Disney World property otherwise.
Each of the four characters come around individually and hang out with you at your table. I love that even though they were meeting us separately, they would also interact with each other! Flynn and Eric would joke back and forth and Rapunzel and Ariel would call over each other from time to time.
My photo-loving heart was a little disappointed at the lighting inside the restaurant, so I highly suggest using a flash to get those picture perfect photos. Other than that, I was very impressed with the character experience!
Flynn, Eric, Rapunzel, and Ariel were all great about signing autographs and they noticed the little things.
Paris and I both brought in some Tsum Tsums and all four characters reacted to them and even included some in our pictures!
If you’re planning to book a reservation at the Boy Voyage Adventure Breakfast, start looking for availability early! On my last trip, our dates were set based on the one reservation opportunity for this restaurant. I’m so glad that we made an effort to book because this was definitely a breakfast experience I plan to do again!
