New Creations Shop at EPCOT Announced
EPCOT is a truly one-of-a-kind theme park experience. Over the past few years, this park has been undergoing a number of changes. From entrance area updates and new attractions coming soon, to the closures of iconic stores and experiences it’s been quite a rollercoaster for Disney Parks fans.
One of my absolute favorite EPCOT Experiences was always Club Cool. (You know, where you could get a FREE Icee for your birthday!) In this latest EPCOT announcement from Disney Parks Blog, we’re getting the full scoop on EPCOT’s latest shop addition and the return of Club Cool.
Creations Shop

Set to open this summer, Creations Shop will be EPCOT‘s new version of Mouse Gear. It will feature a sleek, bold design inspired by Mickey Mouse. The area will be open and bright with lots of windows allowing the sunlight to pour in! This new shop will also feature color, materials, and light being implemented in new ways to tell EPCOT‘s story of the past while connecting to the future.
The goal of the Creations Shop is to be more than just a place to grab your souvenirs at EPCOT — Disney wants your every moment in EPCOT to be an experience worthy of the park’s tradition and vision. A Disney shop is one of the only places you’ll find an array of products that will remind you of your time at the Disney parks that you can take home with you, and EPCOT‘s new Creations Shop will be no exception.
Club Cool
Club Cool Hosted by Coca-Cola before major renovations.
Just adjacent to the Creations Shop will be a newly revitalized Club Cool Hosted by Coca-Cola location, which is also set to open this summer! This new location promises to celebrate Coca-Cola in “fresh, new way” while keeping guests’ favorite experience — tasting drinks from around the globe.
Club Cool has gone through a few different renovations through the decades, so I’m excited to see what’s in the plans for this latest version! Asking someone to try Beverly for the first time is an EPCOT must-do, so I’m happy this will be possible once again very soon.
A Whole New EPCOT
The openings of Creations Shop and Club Cool are only a part of the excitement in store for EPCOT. This park has been under construction for a few years, working on a transformation that guests of all ages will enjoy. With EPCOT‘s 40th anniversary a little over a year away, I have high hopes that all of these updates will be completed in time for October 1, 2022.
From the new fountain at the main entrance to new flags, entrance music, and lighting, this park transformation is already off to a great start. We can’t forget about Ratatouille’s new attraction opening this fall! I can’t wait to experience the new Club Cool and the Creations Shop sometime after summer, once it’s opened.
