A Disney Offer You Can’t Refuse
An Annual Pass is a very valuable thing when it comes to Disney Parks. I’m always about taking advantage of any Disney offer I can get! Being a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder Alum, I’ve already talked about the perks of the pass before on Kait Around The Kingdom. Today, I’ve got better news!
Walt Disney World is offering a special deal on annual passes this year in honor of its 45th Anniversary!
Normally when an annual pass is purchased, it is only valid for 12 months. With Walt Disney World’s Anniversary deal, you’re getting a whole extra month for free! That’s 30 more days of fun, and 13 months for the price of 12.
In addition to the extra month, an annual pass to Walt Disney World comes with a lot of benefits! Some benefits include daily park hopping capabilities, complimentary Magic Bands, Disney Photopass downloads for the year, and discounts on food and Disney merchandise!
The only catch is that your annual pass must be purchased by January 3, 2017 to be able to take advantage of this deal.
Am I going for an annual pass this year? Heck yes! With a deal like this, I can’t pass it up.
For as long as I can remember, my family and I have always traveled to Walt Disney World during Mardi Gras break. For Mardi Gras in 2017 and 2018, both dates will fall within less than a year of each other. This means that I will be in Walt Disney World for at least 10 days. (If you spend 10 or more days of the year in Walt Disney World, it is suggested to upgrade to an annual pass.) Added bonus: Now I can try to squeeze in extra trips throughout the year!
I was already excited for 2017, but seeing Disney trips in my future makes the year seem even better!
In other news, has anyone had a chance to Disney Yourself? I tried this yesterday and it was so much fun! A new program has been created to let you transform yourself in a Disney way. You can customize your features including hair, eye color, nose, and mouth! Then, you choose a Disney outfit and your Disney background. Click this link and create your own!
Well, after all of this excitement I’m ready to start planning my next Disney trip! Let the countdown begin. Only 82 days until I’m back in the Happiest Place on Earth!

December 7, 2016 at 2:44 pmThis is great! We are starting to plan our trip for next year. We considered the pass but since we don’t live close, we would most likely not make it there enough times to find value in it. I so wish we did though, I’d love to go our normal time then at least come back for Christmas. I’ll definitely will check out the little app…too cute.

December 7, 2016 at 4:03 pmI hope to go to Disney one day as it looks such an amazing place, if you live nearby then I guess that the pass would be such a good deal.

December 11, 2016 at 6:56 pmThe amusement park around me always offers season passes and it’s a really great deal! If you can get there more than once in a season, it’s great. I guess the good thing about Disney is that it’s year round, so you have a full 12 months of fun! The one near me is closed November 1-April 30th so we have to pack a lot into 6 months!
Seersucker Sass
December 15, 2016 at 9:20 amWOW! This is a great deal! There’s an amusement park about two hours from where I live, and I buy a season pass each year just because it’s so much cheaper than buying two one day passes. I wish it was feasible for me to visit Disney!
