Whether you’re a lifelong Disney fan or just an occasional Disney park-goer, there’s no denying that the feeling of being at a Disney Park is like nothing else. From the sights and smells to the foods, characters, and attractions — it’s not an experience that will leave your mind quickly. 

Every year growing up my family would make the 600+ mile drive from South Louisiana down to my favorite city Orlando, Florida to spend some time with our main mouse. Almost immediately after passing that “See Ya Real Soon” sign on our way off property, I was ready for more magic! Through photos, videos, vacation planning videos, and CDs of the Walt Disney World attraction soundtracks. 

These little sparks of magic held me over until my next visit to my happy place. Decades later, even though I’m fortunate enough to visit much more often, I still find myself falling back on these same old traditions! 

Over the past few years, my favorite way to travel back to the park in my mind is through Disney Parks Loops. Thanks to Youtube, we have attraction, area, and resort loops almost everywhere on Disney property. Today I’m sharing six of my favorite Disney Parks Loops that you should definitely be listening to if you’re missing the magic!

Disney Springs Background Music

This first Disney Parks Loop may come as a surprise to most, but this has taken its rightful place as my favorite! This relaxing loop plays through instrumental covers of classic Disney songs from some of your favorite films. (Winnie the Pooh, Princess and the Frog, Aladdin, and Tangled — just to name a few.) The Disney Springs Area Loop has gotten me through countless hours of article writing, t-shirt folding, and just general Disney daydreaming. In recent years Disney Springs has become a must-do for me on each trip, so pretending I’m shopping around World of Disney or grabbing a Dole Whip Froscato at Wine Bar George can really turn any day around! (Y’all want to take a guess of what I’m listening to while I write this?)

This loop is over an hour and forty minutes long, so just sit back, relax, and imagine you’re back at Disney’s Shopping and Dining District.

Soarin’ Exit Music

Everyone remembers their first time riding Soarin’ Over California or Soarin’ Around the World. Patrick’s pre-boarding procedures, hearing “Soarin’ to Tower,” and finally getting to experience those sights (and smells). With this three-hour extended loop, you can pretend you’re right back in the Land Pavilion, second row, middle section, with an almost perfect view of the (usually leaning) Eiffel Tower! If you love Soarin’ as much as I do, this is a must-listen!

Having the ability to listen to this soundtrack for three hours straight is pure magic. Every study session, workday, and commute just got a whole lot better!

Paint the Night Parade Soundtrack

Whether you’ve experienced this legendary Disneyland parade yourself, or you’re just a fan of magical soundtracks this loop is surely on your list. For those who haven’t heard of it: Paint the Night Parade was first introduced in Hong Kong Disneyland in 2014 and found a home at Disneyland park the next year for the Disneyland 60th Anniversary Diamond Celebration. It ran through January of 2017 and didn’t return to Disneyland Resort until April 2018. This time, it was Disney California Adventure park that featured this larger-than-life nighttime spectacular during Pixar Fest! This soundtrack features an upbeat cover to some of your favorite Disney songs — the ultimate soundtrack for instant magic. Disney’s Hollywood Studios Entrance Area Loop

Disney’s Hollywood Studios (always Disney-MGM Studios in my heart) is my favorite park. As a kid, I loved finally conquering all of the big thrills at the end of Sunset Boulevard! There was also just something about feeling like you were a part of the movie magic when you were here. This park has undergone a lot of changes since then, but my love for this park stays true! This entrance loop was added to the park in 2018 and it fits right in with the old Hollywood vibes. If you listen long enough, you’ll hear jazzy renditions of some classic Disney songs. (This video even marked where each new cover begins so you can make your way through each one.) My favorite cover from this loop is “I See The Light” from Tangled. I walked down the aisle to that song so I think it will always hold a special place in my heart.

Epcot Innoventions Area Music

This one is for all of my fellow Walt Disney World 1990’s-Early 2000’s kids. Every time I hear this loop, I take a trip back in time to Innovations at Epcot! This park was always our educational experience on our vacation, and honestly, I loved that about it. The Future World area music was exciting, upbeat, and made me feel like anything could happen on our trip! I can almost picture those glowing sidewalk tiles right now while listening. 

Epcot has some of my favorite loops of all time, so I’ll leave a few more honorable mentions for y’all here, too! The original Test Track area loop was amazing. This Epcot entrance area loop always reminds me of rope-dropping Epcot. Lastly, EPCOT has been undergoing lots of changes lately — so I can’t forget their new entrance area loop! This energized new take on EPCOT’s sound is outstanding and has me so excited for all of the final touches to be complete.

Tomorrowland Area Music Loop

All of Magic Kingdom’s area loops are so special, but of all the lands this one is my favorite. When I hear this soundtrack, I picture Tomorrowland all lit up at night — just like the image on the video! It takes me back to riding Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin over and over with my brother or racing to Space Mountain to try and ride it at least one more time before the park closes. This Disney Parks loop was one of the first I remember listening to on youtube when I was in college or working at my first job out of school! I can’t help but smile when I’m back in Tomorrowland at night, knowing I’m getting to experience the real thing. If Tomorrowland is your favorite land, you’ll love this loop too!

Some of my other favorite Magic Kingdom area loops are the Festival of Fantasy Parade and the Magic Kingdom Welcome Medley.

Disney Parks around the globe take us to places we couldn’t imagine anywhere else through sight, sounds, smells, and overall atmosphere. Every land, attraction, park, and the resort has its own ambiance that we’re still able to experience once we head back home! These are six of my top Disney Parks Loops, and I’ll be sure to report back if I find any new favorites.
