Seven Must Reads For The Disney Obsessed
When it comes to all things Disney I just can’t get enough — and books are no exception! Even as a kid I was always reading our family’s Disney parks coffee table books for fun. Since I’ve got a house of my own now I’ve slowly been building my Disney reads collection and I thought I’d share a few of faves with those who can’t get enough of the magic like me.
Since The World Began
When I think back on the start of my Disney history obsession, I’d have to say this book was a big part of it! This book was published in celebration of Walt Disney World’s 25th anniversary back in 1996 and is full of original concept drawings, park construction photos, and lots of Disney Parks history. With so many changes to Walt Disney World over the years, this book is always my goto for those 90’s images that bring me right back to my first few Disney trips. I love that I have this book to always look back on what was, and compare to what has changed! Forever my family’s coffee table book and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
LIFE Walt Disney: From Mickey To The Magic Kingdom + LIFE: Inside The Disney Parks: The Happiest Places on Earth
LIFE magazines dedicated to my favorite person and places? Sign me up. I can’t help but smile when a non-Disney source decides to showcase Uncle Walt and his legacy for the world to see! The Walt Disney issue is from 2016, so I was a little late to the game on this purchase, but I was so happy to add it to my collection. The Disney Parks issue was released in March of this year and I was so excited to see another one all about my favorite place! Best part? You can have these treasures to your house in only two days!
