A new dining experience has officially arrived in Disney’s Animal Kingdom! Starting on July 31, the counter service restaurant Pizzafari is also offering a family-style meal experience for guests from 5-8 PM each night.

Deep in Discovery Island on the way to Pandora – World of Avatar, there’s a quick service restaurant serving up pizzas, flatbreads, and salads. Pizzafari offers meals in the $10-$15 price range or for one quick service credit on the Disney Dining Plan. For $19.99 per adult and $11.99 per child (3-9 years old), guests can enjoy their fill of a three course meal and a non-alcoholic drink. Those guests eating the family-style meal will be seated separately from those selecting from the regular quick service fare. Family-style tables are reserved in advance and assigned by number when you check in for your meal. Advanced dining reservations can be made online or by using the My Disney Experience app to reserve a table for Pizzafari’s family-style dining option.

Considering most quick service meals usually consist of an entree and drink, this family-style meal is a great way for guests to enjoy a variety of different tastes for one price! Between the two appetizers, three entrees, and a delicious dessert, there’s sure to be something for everyone to savor at your table.

The first course consists of two salads for the appetizers. One is a Caesar Salad and the other is a Caprese Salad. The second course will be delivered to your table 5-10 minutes into your first course and is full of Italian favorites like pasta and pizza! Guests will enjoy a Baked Ziti pasta, Chicken Fettuccine with Alfredo Sauce, and a Pepperoni Pizza.  After enjoying the first two courses, guests end their meal by devouring a delicious dessert of Mini Cannolis!
