Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel Reopening at Disneyland Resort in June

As a part of Disneyland Resort’s phased reopening, another Hotel of Disneyland Resort is set to reopen very soon! Starting on June 15, 2021, Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel will reopen at Disneyland Resort. This is the second Hotel of Disneyland Resort to reopen since COVID-19, the first being Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel
Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel is located right in the middle of the magic on Disneyland property. This resort is only a short walk away from Disneyland, Disney California Adventure, and Downtown Disney District, making your hotel stay a breeze! Guests can begin booking room reservations for June 15, 2021, and beyond starting on May 6, 2021. This hotel’s beach vibes make it the perfect getaway location for summer this year!
Although the hotel will reopen on June 15, 2021, Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel won’t have food and beverage offerings initially. Hotel guests can find nearby dining at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and the Downtown Disney District. For additional guest convenience, Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel and Disney’s Grand Californian Resort & Spa rooms will feature QR codes that guests can scan right from their in-room TV to access links to participating restaurants’ delivery pages. The deliveries can be made directly to both hotel lobbies!
Nick and I spent the Disneyland portion of our honeymoon staying at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, so I’m excited it’s reopening again for Disneyland Resort guests. Disneyland Resort Dining Reopenings

Guests will be once again able to dine at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa favorites like Napa Rose and Storytellers Cafe very soon. Starting May, 28, 2021, both dining locations will be welcoming guests back to dine close to the magic.
Napa Rose will feature both the prix fixe Vintner Menu and a la carte selections for guests to choose from. This restaurant is known for its wine list and amazing service, so make sure to add this location to your Disneyland dining bucket list! Nick and I ate here during our Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa stay and we loved it.
Storytellers Cafe offers hearty home-style three course meals for breakfast and dinner. This restaurant features everything from burgers to Mickey waffles, so it’s a great pick for parties with multiple palettes! Character dining at Storytellers Cafe will not be available at this time.
Know Before You Go – Hotels of Disneyland
If you’re planning to visit the theme parks during your hotel stay, all guests ages 3 and up will need both a theme park reservation and a valid ticket for the same day and same part to enter. Theme park reservations are limited and subject to availability, so making them in advance is highly recommended.
It’s important to note that just because you’re staying in a Disneyland Resort hotel doesn’t mean you’re guaranteed theme park access. You’ll have to take the time to plan ahead and create your theme park reservations for your stay.
Starting on May 28, 2021, Disneyland Resort hotel guests will be able to use Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa‘s special entrance to Disney California Adventure park. Access to this special entrance will require a valid hotel key card, park ticket, and park reservation!
It’s so exciting to have another Hotel of Disneyland Resort reopening this summer. It’s been a long road waiting for Disneyland Resort to reopen, but finally seeing more and more of the property coming back to life gives me hope! I can’t wait to visit the Happiest Place on Earth again sometime soon. For now, I’m happy to keep up with friends from California enjoying their happy place again.
