“Take Her To The Moon For Me, Okay?” – Bing Bong

When I saw Inside Out for the very first time back in 2015, Bing Bong made the biggest impression on me. His catchy theme song, colorful rocket, and fun throwbacks with Riley were some of the most memorable parts of the film! (Beside the Tripledent Gum jingle, of course — you’re welcome!)

After Disney announced the Paradise Pier transformation into Pixar Pier, although skeptical at first I though the concept could be fun! With Toy Story Midway Mania already on the pier, seeing how they could fit other Pixar films into the area seemed like a creative challenge. I was over the moon when I found out that Bing Bong would have his very own shop on Pixar Pier! 

From cake pops and candy to slushies and plushies, Bing Bong’s Sweet Stuff is a child’s (or a child a heart’s) dream. This new shop on Pixar Pier inspired one of my outfits for my Disneyland trip back in August for the D23 Expo!

When Walt’s Wardrobe created this Bing Bong-inspired baseball jersey, I knew I had to have it. From the bright colors of his flower to the perfect shade of pink to match his cotton candy torso, they really nailed it with this design! Right outside of the shop there’s Bing Bong plush, and if you happen to visit you need to stop and smell one. The Bing Bong plushies smell like cotton candy, y’all! I had such a hard time not taking one back home with me, if we’re being honest.

While you’re in the area, don’t forget to take a spin on the all-new Emotional Whirlwind attraction on Pixar Pier! The theming is absolutely adorable and it’s a fun attraction for all ages.
